vesnavoseny is the audiovisual music project of Anastasiia Vesna, a Kyiv-based Ukrainian musician, media artist, animator and VJ. With a background in directing and years of work in music as a VJ, video editor, visual artist, art director and creative collaborator, Vesna entered her own music project as an already experienced multidisciplinary artist rather than a newcomer.
She began writing and performing her own music in 2023, initially performing alongside established Ukrainian artists to audiences of 1,000+ people. Since then, she has been developing vesnavoseny as a combination of music, storytelling and self-produced animation. The debut single and animated music video “axolotl” was released in March 2026, followed by “the art of avoidance” single in April and 6-minute long animated music video “the night went by” in July.

The debut full-length album is scheduled for autumn 2026, with the complete album already developed as a live show. In 2026, vesnavoseny performed at Brave! Factory and ATLAS FESTIVAL, Ukraine's largest music festival, with further major Ukrainian festival appearances scheduled for the season. A major solo concert in Kyiv is planned for spring 2027.
Members / touring setup:
- Anastasiia Vesna (vesnavoseny) — vocals, music, live performance, VJ / visuals;
- Stas Koroliov — guitar, music, performance, technical director.
Optional: drummer, depending on the venue, budget and touring logistics.
The project also has its own sound engineer and lighting operator, who may join the tour when logistically and financially justified. A touring manager is also involved and may accompany the project.
Press:
“This year, vesnavoseny became the most anticipated newcomer in Ukrainian music. She turned a tiny stage into a full performance even with virtually no screens, despite visuals being an important part of her live shows. It's great to see her performances evolving.”
— LiRoom, Atlas Festival 2026 review
“There are so many details in both the lyrics and the visuals that you need to listen to and watch it at least several times. This is already a genuine creative universe.”
— Lyuk Media, on “the night went by”
“The six-minute track about addiction begins with a lecture and changes tempo eight times (I'm not exaggerating).”
— Suspilne Culture, on “the night went by”
